Expediting
During inspection, inspector/expeditor will get delivery schedule and actual progress from manufacturer. The products manufacturing plan will be distributed into each stage and each department or facility. Each stage will be mentioned in progress list of report. Ensure client know well for actual delivery term. This is additional value base on inspection activities.
For expediting job, inspector will:
· Manufacturing plan review;
· Dynamic progress weekly or daily report;
· Delay reason analysis and report;
· Further action planned by manufacturer;
· Manufacturing plan updated;
· Follow new plan and estimate progress.
· On-time report for latest progress.
