· Contract review: confirm product technical and delivery term.
· If required, recommend at least 3 qualified manufacturers.
· Manufacturer evaluation: certification, QMS, capability, history experiences and performance – See audit.
· Product quality plan and delivery schedule plan.
· Process control for quality and progress – See inspection
· Monitor progress and delivery term alarm and schedule estimation, risk assessment, mitigation action plan – See expediting.
· Finished products final inspection, FAT.
· Final documents review.
· Package inspection.
· Loading and transportation inspection.
